As I gaze into my future plans, I know now that I need to be extremely prepared with background knowledge in various research based educational areas. I'm understanding that being an administrator requires hard work, ability to multi-task, stay focused and passionate about of students.

Sharing ideas in any way is always helpful and a great resource, using a blog is just a modern method. Using a blog is a fancy way to keep updated with newer forms of communication.
